Pre-orders

Tired of missing releases of highly sought after collectibles that have sold out? Pre-ordering products helps you avoid these frustrations and makes the process a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

As soon as a manufacturer announces a new item and gives us the go ahead, we will list it for presale with an expected arrival date. Presale means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse.

Pre-order Arrival Dates

Every product on pre-order lists an expected arrival date. Our product department is in constant contact with our vendors to try to obtain the most up to date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings and the information in your account.

We would all like pre-orders to show up within the expected time frame, but unfortunately the toy industry can have delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate; there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late. We don't recommend pre-ordering products as gifts or for special occasions that are time sensitive.

Pre-order Cancelation

Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.  Due to the nature of pre-orders, we are placing an order with our vendors based on your order and reserving it for you.  No exceptions can be made for this cancellation policy, except on instances where the vendor cancels the production and shipment.  In those instances, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.

Pre-order Payment

All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase, not shipment, and locks you in, giving you top priority over everyone else.  When you purchase a pre-order we will ask you to indicate how you would like to pay for the item. All accepted payment methods may be used to pay for pre-orders, including PayPal.

Arrival notices

When possible, we will send out notification that a pre-order is arriving soon.

Please note we are unable to do this for all products; we are dependent on how much notification our vendors give us prior to shipping.

Pre-order Pricing

Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale. We will not adjust pricing if the cost increases the amount you paid.  Conversely, unless there is a significant (greater than 10%) price decrease, we will not offer an adjustment.  In instances where an adjustment is authorized, we will issue the refund in the form of store credit (gift card).

 

Pre-order Shipping

Pre-order shipping fees are estimates, not the actual amount charged for shipping. We do not always know the exact weight or product dimensions at the time we list a product for pre-order. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.

Orders containing multiple items that include both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock items shipped only when ALL pre-orders in the order have arrived. 

Because of this you are encouraged to place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Pre-order Fulfillment

We work hard to fill every pre-order we take, but occasionally a situation may be out of our control. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will cancel it and notify you immediately. You will be issued a full refund.

All release dates are estimates from the supplier/manufacturer and are subject to possible delays and cancellations, if an item was canceled by the manufacturer, we will cancel and refund all pre-orders for that item.

Pre-order Abuse

While the vast majority of customers use our pre-order system as intended there are the few that abuse the system.  We reserve the right to limit and or cancel a customer from placing orders if they are found to be abusing our pre-order system.

Who gets their pre-order first?

All Pre-Orders are shipped first come, first serve. The quicker you get your pre-ordered placed, the quicker you will receive it!

Pre-order Pricing and Sales

We will give you the lowest price we can to assure you not only get your favorite fandom, but at the best price.  Due to this, our margins are so low that we cannot include Pre-orders in any current sale or promotion, beyond the standard low price pre-order sale we already offer and the free shipping over $75 offer.
